No matter what you eat in your physiological period, you won’t be fat.  but is it really the case?

The statement that a girl cannot eat fat in her physiological period is not reliable. When she is in her physiological period, her metabolism will accelerate and her hormone secretion will also change. However, if she eats too many calories, she will still gain weight. Moreover, girls in her normal physiological period will not do more intensive exercises, so don’t be fooled by this statement again.

Generally speaking, it is not recommended to lose weight during the physiological period, but if the diet during the physiological period is too indulgent, it may lead to weight gain. No matter how determined you are during the physiological period, it is not recommended to lose weight during this period.  However, during the period of menstruation, many women, because of their weak body, often use the excuse of supplementing physical strength and comfort themselves that they are not afraid of being fat during this period of time, thus automatically becoming the ” lifting period of chocolate”. Although the absorption and digestion of food in the physiological period will change, as long as you consume too many calories, you will be at risk of gaining weight.  During the whole menstrual cycle, the levels of estrogen and progestin in women will vary greatly.  For most women with normal menstrual cycle rules, the follicular phase is from the first day of menstruation to follicular development and maturation (about 2 weeks later). The progesterone level in the body remains low, but the estrogen level gradually rises to the highest level, which is ready for ovulation.  The ovulation day is about the 14th day of menstruation.  The luteal phase is from the day of ovulation to the next menstrual cramp, and the levels of estrogen and progesterone in the body are relatively high.  Progesterone can promote relaxation of gastrointestinal smooth muscle, decrease secretion of gastric acid and pepsin, delay gastric emptying, prolong gallbladder emptying time, and weaken intestinal peristalsis, which may lead to anorexia, dyspepsia, and decreased absorption function of women in the luteal phase.  However, the decline in absorption function is not non-absorption. If you eat too much heat, it will also be converted into fat for storage. You should not overeat at any stage because you think that ” absorption is not good and you will not get fat”.
